While it will not happen overnight and there will be an overlapping that allows for a smooth transition, the two planets that will have a big influence on the year as a whole will see a focus shift from income and job matters and onto a chapter where there is a lot more focus on communication and your relationships. While this is happening independently of the other, because Jupiter and Pluto will start and end the year in harmony, but with a different focus, there is a link between the two. New Year’s Day is Jupiter’s first full day back in direct motion in your work sector and having just turned direct on New Year’s Day, this takes the brakes of this professional year from the start. While Jupiter will remain at a standstill for several weeks and especially with Uranus still in retrograde motion here until 27th January, this marks the third and final stage in your biggest year for job growth and expansion in over a decade.
The push will be on to make these final months count and while Jupiter will leave on 26th May, it is not until Mars leaves on 21st July that everything will have run its course. This makes 2024 a huge year for work and job matters and especially the first half. The pace will have really started to pick up by the time the Sun returns on 20th April and Venus on 28th May. Meanwhile, the year also begins with Pluto in your income sector, as has every other year since his return in 2008. This has put Jupiter and Pluto in harmony since Jupiter’s return to your work sector in May 2023, with his and the Sun’s departure on 21st January ending their partnership, for now anyway. With Mars in your income sector from 5th January to 13th February and Venus from 23rd January to 17th February, support for Jupiter and for work and job matters as they pick up speed will continue.
However, Pluto will have returned to your communication sector by then, where apart from when he retrogrades back into your income sector for 11 weeks from 2nd September to 20th November, he will spend the next 20 years. This means that Pluto will be here and ready to support Jupiter from the start, when he returns to begin his 13 months visit to your relationship sector on 26th May. Jupiter will move straight into a friendly aspect to Pluto, with a chance for the planets of luck and change to form a new partnership, one that will focus on communication and your relationships right through to June 2025. This will also put both in harmony with the South Node, which will spend the whole year in your friendship sector.
